Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Dashboards provide the opportunity to highlight the differential value MSLs bring to the organization, most effective dashboards are no longer than one-page, integrate the corporate vision, targeted to key stakeholders, including meaningful quantitative and qualitative data which is differentiated for the MSL role, and discussion on key metrics will include a number of variables:  Trends of number of KOL interactions (face to face, email, phone, web-ex), research discussions, speaker training, and congress interactions. Qualitative measures such outcomes tied to MSL activity, monetized value associated with decreased cost (projects or study), insights informing publication strategy, interactions leading to specific requests for additional data, education informing data shared from a podium at a Congress and qualitative feedback after an MSL presentation. Presenters will share examples of different dashboards, and workshop attendees will provide feedback on best practices and challenges in their practice environment.
